You have to move the fender flares first. Make sure to line up the fender liners with the holes prior to installing them. Just leave all hardware loose while installing. You could use stock bolts. Fit well.

Solid product and heavy build. Only issue the nuts that where welded on to the front inner fenders where not aligned with the holes that are drilled into the product making it impossible to mount. Had to cut the welds, remove those nuts and place zerk fittings to mount the inner front panel.
