      The product showed up a day early, box was damaged in transit. All the fasteners were missing, I called customer service they were awesome, I got the fasteners a couple of days later.
      Perhaps you could inform your partners offshore to secure the items better and not use those cheesy cardboard boxes they make, so sad you can't find a company that makes anything in the USA.

      New Rubber Strip works great

      Just installed the new improved rubber strip and it works great. Closes off the gap between the rack and the roof and now there’s no banging noise. Definitely should be included with every purchase. Thanks a bunch!

      Like a Jackhammer on your roof

      Seems very sturdy and looks good on my 2015 Tacoma but once I get to around 55mph, it sounds like there's a jackhammer on top of my roof. The front section catches so much wind it shakes and hits the roof really hard. I've adjusted positions several times and tightened everything down. Any suggestions?

      Very loud wind noise

      Wind noise is off the charts loud , sounds like you have a window open. other than that well built and well priced
