Returns and Refunds are based on the Proportion of deductions to actual total order paid.
Purchased but not shipped (Cancelation):
Your order will be issued as soon as possible after your purchase within 24 hours, so you will be charged a 10% processing fee once canceled. We accept only order canceled by e-mail rather than others.
Package has been delivered (Unused):
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused product(s).
To be eligible for a return, the package must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you want to call back the package, you should pay for the call-back shipping fee. And you will be charged up to a 30% restocking fee. (this is withheld from refund)
The customer must email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization prior to sending any product back.
1. Within 30 days after the package is delivered, if the product damaged part is less than 15% because of shipping, We offer partial refund 3-20% of this product according to the size of damaged parts as a solution.
2. The refund and replacement will not be issued and the customer has to pay the shipping fee to get the item returned if it’s over 30 days of receipt, or sacrifice the item.
3. If the items get broken within 2-12 months after the receipt of the items, the customer may get a new one and he only needs to pay 50% of the original amount. And we are never responsible for the maintenance fees you pay to the third party.
If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive a replacement or a refund. Pls email us and ask for the shipping address.
Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we receive the item you sent and check out that the item is in good condition, we will replace or refund you. This will be issued in 2 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. (Normally 1-6 days) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
