CREDIT CARD PAYMENT NOTES

Our website only supports payments like Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.

If your order is paid by credit card, it could happen that your payment is somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud.

Under such circumstance, here are 3 solutions for you:

  • Switch to your other credit/debit card.
  • If you have a Paypal account, try to process it by PayPal.
  • If you do not have a Paypal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the Complete Order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal). Then you can complete your order with your credit card.

As the following steps:

Step 1. Select PayPal still even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Step 2. Click button "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

Step 3. Fill in your credit card info and complete your order.

 

Why my credit card cannot be verified and fail to pay my order?

Please ensure that your credit card can be used for international online transactions. This is the most common cause of bank declines, particularly for US-based buyers.

If your credit card company put a block on your card thinking it was fraud do to never ordering off the website before, Please call and talk to them so that they get it lifted.

Additionally, all characters should be in plain text and not contain accent or other special characters.

Once you have validated with your bank that your credit card can be used in this manner, you may wish to clear your cache and cookies, restart your browser, and reattempt entry of the order. Alternatively, your may try to place the order through another browser.
