Aggressive Style and Extra Protection. The Armour High-Clearance Front Fender Flares combine rugged protection with distinctive styling for the Wrangler TJ. Sharp 3D contours, exposed bolt-style accents, a satin black logo, honeycomb steel details, and Star and “BORN IN 1941” graphics create a bold mechanical appearance. Integrated LED lights provide both DRL and turn signal functions, while the fenders help shield the vehicle from gravel, mud, water, and trail debris. Designed for more than appearance, the modified fender profile increases tire clearance to provide additional room for larger tires and improved suspension articulation. Installation requires cutting the factory front fender area to create the high-clearance opening. For this reason, the kit includes specially shaped inner fender liners engineered to follow the modified wheel-well profile. Factory and conventional aftermarket inner liners are not designed to fit the modified configuration.

Heavy-Duty Construction. The fender flares are constructed from heavy-duty 14-gauge (5/64 in) steel plate, while the reinforced mounting structure uses thicker 11-gauge (1/8 in) steel for added support and secure installation. The matching inner fender liners are made from 16-gauge (1/16 in) steel plate for durable wheel-well protection without excessive weight. The fender flares feature a textured black powder coat finish with a premium E-coat underlayer for enhanced corrosion resistance and long-term durability, while the inner fender liners are protected with a durable black powder coat finish to withstand everyday road and trail use.

Professional Installation Recommended. Installation requires cutting the factory front fender area and drilling mounting holes to achieve the proper high-clearance profile and secure fitment. Careful measuring and positioning are essential before any cutting or drilling is performed. Due to the permanent modification involved, professional installation or advanced mechanical experience is strongly recommended.
