The winch plate and mounting structure are made from robust 9-gauge (5/32 inch) steel, while a 14-gauge (5/64 inch) stainless steel skid plate adds extra protection. A textured black powder coat finish, along with a premium internal E-coating, ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance.

Direct Bolt-on Installation. The ExplorerX Front Bumper installs easily with a direct bolt-on design. Start by removing the factory bumper, then position the new bumper onto the vehicle’s existing frame mounting points. After confirming proper alignment, tighten all hardware securely. The entire process can be completed using basic hand tools such as a ratchet and socket set, with no drilling, cutting, or special equipment required, making installation fast and hassle-free.
