Its bold tubular design improves the vehicle’s approach angle while creating additional clearance for larger tires, giving your vehicle a more capable and aggressive stance on the trail. The bumper is equipped with two 25W and two 9W LED spotlights to provide powerful illumination in low-visibility conditions. A winch plate rated up to 12,000 lbs ensures reliable recovery capability, while compatibility with factory tow hooks adds extra functionality. Grey stainless steel accent plates and a silver stainless steel skid plate enhance both the rugged look and front-end protection, while a license plate mount keeps the vehicle road legal.

Heavy Duty Construction. Constructed from heavy-duty materials, the Discovery bumper offers strength and long-term durability for demanding conditions. The main body is made from 11-gauge (1/8-inch) steel plate combined with 1.57"×0.06" tubular steel for structural reinforcement. The winch plate and mounting structure are built from robust 9-gauge (5/32-inch) steel to withstand heavy recovery loads. A 14-gauge (5/64-inch) stainless steel skid plate provides additional protection for the vehicle’s underside while resisting corrosion. The bumper is finished with a textured black powder coat exterior for a rugged appearance and superior resistance to scratches and rust, while the premium E-coating applied inside helps prevent corrosion from the inside out

Moderate Bolt-on Installation. Installation of the Front Bumper is designed to be straightforward, though it does require some modification. The installation process is classified as moderate and involves trimming the factory front bumper and grille to accommodate the new structure. Professional operation is highly recommended. After the trimming, assemble the components to be a whole bumper. Then place the bumper onto the vehicle frame and tighten up all the bolts. The bumper comes with clear instructions and all necessary hardware, making the installation manageable for those with moderate mechanical skills. With proper guidance and tools, the installation can be accomplished efficiently.
