Heavy Duty Construction. Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge (1/8-inch) steel for the front bumper main body, 9-gauge (5/32-inch) steel for the mounting structure and integrated winch plate, and a 14-gauge (5/64-inch) stainless steel skid plate for added protection. A textured black powder coat finish combined with a premium E-coating process provides outstanding corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.

Moderate Bolt-on Installation. The Zenith Series Full-Width Front Bumper features a straightforward bolt-on installation using the factory mounting points. Remove the factory bumper, trim the factory front plastic bumper and fender flares as required for proper clearance, and position the new bumper onto the frame. Loosely install the hardware, verify alignment, then tighten all bolts securely. Basic hand tools and moderate mechanical experience are recommended.
