Built with high-strength D-ring mounts for dependable recovery points, the bumper also includes a winch plate rated up to 12,000 lbs. A convenient license plate mount is provided, completing a practical and trail-ready design.

Tough Build Quality. Constructed for strength and durability, the bumper features a heavy-duty 11-gauge (1/8 inch) steel plate main body. The tubular structure is built from 1.50" × 0.06" and 1.26" × 0.06" steel tubes, providing added rigidity and impact resistance. A 9-gauge (5/32 inch) steel plate is used for the winch plate and mounting structure to ensure reliable load-bearing capability. The textured black powder coat finish, combined with a premium E-coating process inside, delivers excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting protection.

Moderate Bolt-on Installation. The ExplorerX Front Bumper features a straightforward bolt-on installation, though it involves some moderate effort. Start by removing the factory bumper and cutting it with the instructions, then position the new bumper and align it with the vehicle’s original mounting points on the frame. Once properly aligned, secure it using the supplied hardware and tighten all bolts firmly. The installation requires only basic hand tools such as a ratchet and socket set.
