Bolt-on Installation and Wiring Operation. Fender Flares were designed to be a direct bolt-on upgrade using basic hand tools. Just remove the factory front fender flares and assemble the steel fender flares with supplied bolts. There is no requirement for drilling or cutting. Installation of the turn signal lights will require some minor wiring for operation.
