The main body is formed from 11-gauge (1/8 inch) steel, reinforced by a 9-gauge (5/32 inch) mounting structure for enhanced strength and stability. Its textured black powder coat finish provides a rugged, corrosion-resistant exterior, while the premium internal E-coating process adds an extra layer of protection against rust and environmental wear. 

Hassle-Free Installation. Installation is straightforward thanks to its direct bolt-on design, allowing the bumper to mount securely using factory locations without drilling or cutting. All you need to mount this rear bumper are basic hand tools. There is no drilling or cutting required. Firstly, remove the factory bumper. Secondly, assemble the two mounting brackets onto the vehicle frame. Then install the rear bumper onto the mounting brackets and keep the bolts loose. At last, adjust the positions of the bumper and tighten up all the bolts. Complete installation can take about 2 hours.
