The rack includes five steel load cross bars, each designed with four slot holes, providing multiple tie-down points for securing cargo and mounting accessories such as tools or auxiliary lighting.

Solid Construction. Constructed for durability and long-lasting performance, the rack uses heavy-duty, high-tensile 14-gauge (5/64 in) steel for the side panels, as well as the front and rear panels. The cross bars are made from strong 16-gauge (1/16 in) steel to provide reliable support for various cargo loads. A textured black powder coat finish enhances the rugged appearance, while a premium E-coating process on the inside helps improve corrosion resistance and ensures dependable protection in off-road environments.

Moderate Installation Needs Drilling. Begin by assembling all components of the Series Roof Rack. Once assembled, carefully place the rack onto the vehicle’s roof and mark the mounting hole locations. Remove the rack and drill at the marked points. Then use a rivet nut tool to install the rivet nuts securely. After preparing the mounting points, place the roof rack back onto the roof, align the holes, and fasten it with the provided hardware to complete a solid and reliable installation.
