Constructed from 1.50" diameter x 0.06" thick steel tubing, these side step bars feature 16-gauge (1/16 inch) stainless steel plates for the steps and heavy-duty 11-gauge (1/8 inch) steel plates for the mounting structure. A textured black powder coat finish combined with a premium internal E-coating provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.

Direct Bolt-On Installation. Start by finding the vehicle’s factory mounting points and loosely securing the brackets to allow for adjustment. Then, place the Nerf Side Step Bars onto the brackets and verify they are properly aligned with the vehicle body. Adjust as needed to achieve an even, accurate fit. After confirming alignment, fully tighten all bolts to finish the installation.
