      Front bumper assembly problem

The rear bumper was easy to put together and install but I could not assemble the front bumper because the manufacturer welded nuts to the pieces and then powder coated the pieces which means the bolts will not go in due to the build up of the coating. I’m still waiting to hear back on how to remedy this problem. I would highly recommend the manufacturer to have bolts screwed in when coated so the threads aren’t filled in with coating.
